Grade 7 Math- Problem of the week is due on Friday Also remember you were assigned pages 195 and 196 problems 1-14 as homework


Grade 8 Science- we will be continuing with the Phantom Forces: Exploring Friction activities on Friday (8A/8B) and Monday (8C)

Grade 7 Math- did not meet today No Homework


Grade 8 Science- we started our unit Forces and Force diagrams no homework

Grade 7 Math- No Homework we will finish the skills test and work on our percents project on Friday


Grade 8 Science- Newton's 3 laws project was due today- Grades are in power school if I have received the work if you do not see the grades you need to finish this by Friday

Grade 7 Math- Homework is the fractions worksheet including the graphing- we will continue to work on our percents project and a skills test Thursday and Friday


Grade 8 Science - 8B and 8C Newton's three laws project is due on Thursday. 8A will have one more day due to the snow day (due Friday)

Grade 7 Math- Class does not meet on Monday -students will be working on their travel project on Tuesday


Grade 8 Science- all 3 groups are working on their Newton's laws project these will be presented to the class on Thursday and Friday

Grade 7 Math- No Homework

8A and 8B science - students are working on the Newton's laws of motion project- these projects are due on Thursday 2-11-15

8C Class did not meet today so students did not get the Newton's laws project assigned- we will adjust the due date accordingly

Grade 7 Math we finished the Percents summative and we will be starting the Unit project on Friday


Grade 8 Science - due to the number of students who needed to finish the non-uniform motion summative we did not get to assigning the project that covers Newton's 3 laws of motion- 8A and 8B will get this assignment on Friday 8C will get the assignment on Monday (stay tuned for due dates)

Grade 7 Math- Be sure to review your notes- especially those in your composition book tonight we will be finishing our summative on Thursday


Grade 8 Science- 8A and 8C started their non-uniform motion summative today 8B will start on Thursday- Remember the Project for Newton's three laws of motion will be assigned on Thursday 2-4-16 and due on Thursday 2-11-16

Grade 7 Math- Review your materials (especially the vocabulary) for the Percents summative on Wednesday


Grade 8 science- all 3 groups (8A/8B/8C) will be assigned a project on Newton's 3 laws of motion on Thursday- The project involves making a book or a slide show or a movie that demonstrates the students understanding of each of Newton's 3 laws. Projects are due on Thursday 2-11 Students will be working on these in class as time permits- to do a good job on the project students will need to devote some time after school as well

Grade 8 Science- All 3 groups should be finishing speeds and graphs for the "speed trials" experiment- we will be reviewing for the non-uniform motion summative during your next class meeting
